…and how I often blatantly ignore them when pizza or cookies are on the menu. As you can imagine, this has quite a few negative side effects, but it’s hella hard to stay away from things I’ve grown up enjoying, like chocolate and cheese. But I really want to try it. Like, really really really. I’ve set out with this goal in mind before, but mozzarella can be so tempting! So I’m going to start small.
30 days. It’s going to be a long gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, dairy-free, egg-free month, but it will be worth it, I just know it. When I’ve put in the time and effort to plan safe meals my body feels so much better! This, in combination with the yoga I’ve been doing daily, is one of my major summer goals, and it’s one that I feel is completely achievable.
I think holding myself accountable for writing down what I eat will help motivate me more, so I’ll be keeping track of all of that with this blog: dr0pandgiveme20.tumblr.com, which is one that I’ve previously used to reblog workouts that I planned on trying but never made time for. But seriously, what is more important than my health? This is something that I have complete control over, and it will only positively impact every other facet of my life. I’m so excited to start :)
